INTRODUCTION

Having beautiful skin, complexion and body involves eating healthy and right
food. Some of the best beauty treatment and solutions are simple foods found in
our kitchen or grocery stores. These foods are easily available and cheap as you
can buy them during your marketing trip.

The best about natural foods is that these foods do not contain preservatives,
chemicals or irritant fragrances present in many commercial brands products.
These natural food can be used for natural remedies and improve our body
overall health. These foods also provide a quick beauty fix routine at the comfort
of your home.

Simply grab one of these foods from your fridge and start your health and beauty
treatment immediately.

* To be on the safe side, it is suggested that you patch test these foods to check
for any allergic reaction before spreading them over your face and skin.

FOOD FOR FACE
TEA

Steep a pair of Earl Grey teabags in boiling water, run them under a tap and
place over eyes for 10 minutes before night out.

Use four bags of chamomile tea. Leave them to steep for 5 minutes then hold
your face over the bowl.

Freeze cooled chamomile tea in an ice-cube tray. When set, remove cubes and
run over your face.

Soak some gauze in cooled green tea and apply on skin the way you would a
toner.

OLIVE OIL

Heat a cup of olive oil in the microwave for a few seconds. Massage onto dry
areas of your skin.

Heat enough olive oil to fill half a small clothes basin. Soak your hands in the oil
for about 10 minutes, followed by the feet.

Use it as a conditioner by leaving warmed olive oil on your hair for 15 minutes
before shampoo.

Remove all traces of mascara by dipping an overused mascara wand into some
olive oil and use it to apply on your lashes the way you would mascara.

Standard!

Two Friends were traveling in a A/C compartment(Train), suddenly, an old lady of around 70years came in & occupied their front seat, both friends looked each other and gestured as they have smelled some foul smell and rolled their eyes as took a long deep breath, after a while both of them came down out of the train on the station and discussed, "What a misery, now their has been left no status and standard of A/C coach, any body who wants is allowed, what a crap!".
They entered the train and saw two extremely beautiful girls by the either side of the old lady and then both looked at each other with a shine in their eyes and hidden smile on their face.......

Most Probably, Now The Standard Of The A/C Compartment Was Rising, Gradually.

Do We Have Bloody Guts?

What's all happening, while surfing I went through this news on net:-

Chennai, Sep 20 (ANI): The Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) leader Ashok Singhal on Sunday criticised the United Progressive Alliance (UPA) Government for not taking any action despite the recent reports about Chinese incursions.
Speaking after inaugurating the VHP's official website here Ashok Singhal said: "We are not a coward people, we are a coward state... coward government. Anybody comes here and takes a piece of our land and we don't protect our boundaries. This is what is happening in our country."
"We find Chinese coming inside our territory... the Pakistanis coming inside our territory. Because we are a coward state. We can't take any action. They are afraid of taking action...We are not a coward nation but we have a coward government," Singhal the VHP's International President added.
According to reports, the Chinese troops breached the international border in the region and painted 'China' on some boulders and rocks.
The TV reports stated the Chinese troops had entered nearly 1.5 kilometres into the Indian territory near Mount Gya, which is recognised as an international border between both India and China.
However, the Chinese Foreign Ministry denied reports of any incursion.
It was also reported that two Chinese helicopters entered Indian air space in the Ladakh region along the border in recent months.
But the Union Government has clarified that, country's boundaries were intact and there was no cause of concern.

Is there any thing left over on which we the GREAT INDIANS can stand and shout once again that, "We Are The Best"? I don't think so, because these politicians has not left behind anything else, really I strongly feel now, that we must start discarding Chinese products completely, because the biggest market of China in the entire world is India itself, what a politics, that they're attacking our nation and also earning from us, because they know they can,,,but what they don't know is,,,we the Indians are completely INSANE, when our minds get short,,,we can do anything, even unexpected,,,,RIGHT FELLOWS?

Please, please, please, do comment suggestions for our useless government, probably they may read and use it, because they are helpless, not because of any body else, but from themselves itself, 'coz they lack DECISION MAKING POWER,,GUTS,, ND NATION SPIRITUALITY!

Mismanagement or Ignorance of Nations Security?

As Kargil, situations have started building over Laddakh region on Indo-China border. At the time of Kargil Indian government left the Kargil region vacant, assuming no infiltration from there but the dates are evidences about what happened, many soldiers lost there lives, many got handicapped and all because our Indian government ignored that region and took it lightly, however after blood shedding efforts we came over that situation and marked our victory.

And, today same thing happened again here on India - China border, again our government ignored that region by not posting army there, since many last years during winter very least amount of posting was and is done over that region and due to that chinese army got their chance to infiltrate in our yard, the main fact here also counts the habit of being posted, since from many years very minimum quantity of soldiers were posted so there may stand a chance, that many of them would unfamiliar about the area there, also habit of resisting in such cold climate probably may lack, however I strongly pray about the least casualties from both sides or even if possible, the war must be avoided.

But if war takes place, the foremost responsibility of it vest with our government. And then our resposibility begins and that is avoid all CHINA PRODUCTS, just discard them, believe me they will definitely face alot of economic problem from our this step, because they are not fighting only with our soldoers, even we're also involved within and we can also fight with them & perhaps in most decent and horrifying way,,,that is by making them financially weak, by avoiding their complete products.

Why our government fails in here? Or, it is like they just ignore our security? what these politicians have to loose, we'll loose our sons, brothers & fathers,,,we'll be the victims more than any government, then why shouldn't we ask our government that When will you stop playing and start taking the nation seriously?

Really friends, it does hurts seriously, when we're being not only used but also tricked by awful and dirty politics. please do comment on this.

INDIA WILL WIN.
